Admission Form And Flow

  1. Contact us to set and appointment for viewing. Monday to Friday 9am to 12.00 pm only.
  2. Please submit the form below on first day orintation:
    • Admission Form below and Agreement to our Terms and Conditions
    • 2 passport sized photos
    • Vaccination records
    • Birth certificate.
  3. Send your child to his/her first day of orientation on 6th to 19th january 2021 (6 days)

Your child is officially a Cleverland Playschool student. Yay!
First day of school is 20th January 2021
